Charles (Charley) Umpenhour, Owner/Broker

Charley owned and operated a successful Property          Management Business in New York for over ten years. During this time he was also involved in the construction business with his brothers. He thus became knowledgeable in construction principles, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, etc. Always a believer in the importance of family, Charley and his wife, Tracy, decided to relocate to Palm Coast in 2000 to be near their family. Charley sold his business, and with their two daughters and one on the way, they were on their way! Once in Florida, Tracy went to work for the school system. Charley began investing in rental properties while earning his Real Estate License. During this time he also built a duplex, which is still one of his rental units today! He joined a Real Estate firm where in addition to sales, he built a solid Property Management business. He immediately began studying for and earning his Broker’s License. In 2008, he opened his own Real Estate business, which even in a down economy has steadily grown and whose reputation for efficiency and excellence in customer service continues to grow.

Barbara Andersen, Broker/Associate

Barbara began her first career as Chief Financial  Officer of a firm in New Jersey. She retired from that early on and went into the Field of Real Estate. She has over thirty years experience and her knowledge of the Real Estate business is second to none. Barbara has recently published a cook book “Grandmom, Mom and Me” three generations of recipes.

Diane Collazo, Property Management

Diane has spent the last eight years doing property management in Palm Coast FL. We are excited and pleased that she has joined our staff to help manage our rapidly growing property management business. Diane loves working with the public and speaks three languages, English, Portuguese and Spanish. She will always go that extra mile for her customers!

John (Harley) Umpenhour, Property Manager

John spent his early years working in the construction business with his brothers in New York. He relocated to East Quogue, Long Island, and was a salesman for for Riverhead Building Supply. He left there after more than twenty years to come to Palm Coast and help develop and run the Property Management and maintenance part of our business. While at Riverhead, he developed a large loyal customer base, and he gained tremendous knowledge of building supplies which makes him a very valuable asset. John loves motorcycles (as long as they are Harleys) and is also a black belt instructor in karate.

Nate Lingefelt, Maintenance Manager

Nate has many years experience in all aspects of construction.His experience and expertise in "finishing" work make him the perfect person to oversee and perform maintenance on all our managed properties.Nate has the skills and ability to implement improvements to our properties as well. Tristan Umpenhour, In house IT consultant

Tristan joins us from NY and is fluent in multiple programing languages as well as HTML.He is also proficient with computer hardware and has recently built four desktop tower systems for the business. He has been very active in the IT scene since middle school working closely with the schools technicians where he learned most of his skill. He currently holds his CompTIA A+ certification and will be obtaining more soon!

Kelly Cheek, Operations Manager

Kelly Cheek, a Palm Coast native with eight years of experience managing a local real estate office.

Sue Poleski, Realtor

As a Real Estate Associate committed to customer service, Sue handles Residential, Commercial and Vacant lot sales. Sue is SFR certified in short sales and foreclosure procedures.

Retired from AT&T/BELL Labs after 20 years of service, Sue relocated from New Jersey to Florida.She then received an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration from Daytona State College, and attended classes to pass the Florida Real Estate Exam to become a licensed Realtor. She has been active in Real Estate since 2005.

A "Jersey Girl" at heart and a NY Giants fan, Sue is an active Red Hat Lady, and participates in the annual Toys for Tots campaign, sponsored by the Flagler County Realtors Association. Sue can also be found volunteering at the local Hospice Resale store that benefits cancer patients.

Savannah Umpenhour, Event Coordinator

Savannah  attended the University of Central Florida, where she  received her Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management. She first started working for us in 2014, when she was finishing up her senior year of high school, simultaneously attaining her Associates Degree from Daytona State College and her high school diploma from Flagler Palm Coast High School. Savannah is our event coordinator, for our "Hollerween Fest" and other events. She utilizes  Social Media to promote these events. She also serves as an Administrative Assistant to the Broker (her father)!

Isabel Keenan, Realtor

Isabel is an experienced realtor in the Palm Coast Area. She was recently with Century 21 and we are pleased that she has decided to join our family. Isabel speaks three languages, English, Portuguese and Spanish. Isabel also has thirteen years in mortgage processing and quality control of loans which serves her well when dealing with the financing of properties. Isabel also serves as Executive Assistant to the Broker.

Sandi has many years’ experience in a variety of "people" jobs. She has been a Waitress, a Bartender, A Taxi Driver, an over-the-road trucker, a mail carrier for the Post Office, and a Business Owner . She now has fourteen years' experience in the Real Estate Field here in Florida. We are so lucky to have someone with such vast experience working with us, she is a genuine "people person"
